A health coach is your wellness champion who helps you to take your health to the next level. As your health coach, I will guide you to ditch your unhealthy habits and adopt new, healthier ones that result in you feeling fantastic!
As your health coach and thought partner, I help you to identify diet and lifestyle shifts and accompany you through the changes and transitions necessary to create optimal health and full life wellness. You don’t have to go it alone… it is easier than you may think!
We’ll focus on what you want to achieve and create a pathway towards success. You’ll explore new ways of doing things and put the wellness puzzle pieces together that are unique to you. It’s about your choices that reflect your personal values and that suit your life situation.
You’ll have the opportunity to regularly check in with me via email, texts, phone calls and meetings (virtual and/or in-person). I’ll ask you simple and thought-provoking questions about how you can overcome challenges in your wellness journey. Together, we’ll anticipate and create ways to overcome your obstacles, and we’ll identify solutions that you may or may not have considered before.
I’ll show up for you as long as you show up for you. You no longer need to struggle to figure it all out by yourself.

Conventional eating and conventional lifestyle concepts are flawed. They provide distorted messages regarding health and aging. The Standard American Diet (S.A.D.) continues to undermine the health of a large majority of people, resulting in chronic conditions.
I believe that each of us has significant control over our health and aging. We can make choices that benefit our bodies instead of harm our bodies. One option is for you to begin or enhance your wellness journey by committing to hire me as you health coach and to follow either a four week “reset” program or an eight week or twelve week transformation Paleo/Primal/Low Carb eating and lifestyle program.
During your coaching experience, we’ll talk about the key concepts and steps that you can take on your wellness journey, and we’ll sift through your questions, concerns, and challenges that emerge.
The Paleo/Primal/Low Carb approach to eating and lifestyle is flexible, simple, sustainable, reflects your personal preferences, and allows you to fit your new health principles into your life.
I personally walked this Paleo/Primal/Low Carb path years ago, changed my mindset and how I treated my body, decided to make healthier choices and because of the actions I took, I lost about 50 lbs, which I’ve maintained for the past few years. But most importantly, I felt and still feel energetic, have no brain fog, fuzzy thinking or mood swings, and very few hot flashes. I sleep soundly and wake calm and ready to embrace the day. I no longer have severe knee pain or gastrointestinal discomfort. And I finally look good in my clothes. People tell me I look at least 10 years younger than I am!
After decades of trying over, and over, and over, and over again using conventional eating and lifestyle approaches, I finally realized that it didn’t work for me, took a leap of faith and jumped into the Paleo/Primal/Low Carb approach.

Absolutely! Life happens when you are making plans, so it is important to have a way to have your questions answered. When you sign up for private coaching sessions or one of my programs, you have unlimited contact with me during the work week of Monday through Friday via email. I will respond within 24 hours.
Yes. We can meet in my Santa Fe, New Mexico office, or via video depending on our schedules and preferences.
